Very nice staff !!!! Competent, helpful, friendly !! Location. Free parking in front of hotel. It's 10 minutes by car from hotel to a big parking lot close to central station, from there 5 minutes to historical center. Very convenient. Nice restaurant within walking distance. Concierge made reservation for us. Complementary water and coffee in lobby.

The room is big enough for two people, clean, bed was comfortable. There is an excellent restaurant 500m from hotel - Villa delle Rose.

Nice, clean and modern Hotel. Kind and professional staff Conveniently located in the outskirts of Vicenza enough close to the motorway, the exhibition centre, the town and most of all one of the best go cart tracks I have ever driven 😁 Good breakfast and good Wi-Fi. Parking for free is a bonus

The room is perfectly equipped, the bathroom is extremely spacious, the bed is comfortable, cleaning was done daily. The breakfast offer was to my taste - healthy and extremely fresh food.

Breakfast was fine the first four days we were there. They seemed to have run out of some of their fresh fruit jars. Maybe it’s just me and I’m not used to European style breakfast. Bacon was unlike the bacon we have in the states.

We had a studio which was comfortable for a family of 5. Breakfast had a nice choice of items. Good location close to the motorway, walking distance to shopping mall and attached to a restaurant.

the room was very clean and houskeeping came in every day to clean and organise the room. breakfast was not that good. it could be better from my previous travel experiences
